The UK is now leading with 32,692 of Covid-19 deaths within the European continent.

The UK government believes measures to protect the public from contracting Covid-19 should be relaxed (in England) enabling people to possibly travel into Wales.

The Welsh Government is responsible for the public health response to the coronavirus in Wales and has continued with the policy of:

“Stay at home, save lives and protect the NHS.”

Every person in Wales must comply with these measures. The police have been given the powers to enforce the measures requiring people to remain at home and not to gather in public, including through fines and dispersing gatherings.

Under normal circumstances Wales would welcome anyone to its nation. These are not normal circumstances, therefore please consider the safety of our communities and public.

“Stay at home, save lives and protect the NHS.”
